Mobile Health Clinic Project Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the provision of community outreach programs that deliver health services and education, such as HIV testing, infant and maternal health care, and family planning,  to rural areas

  • Assist with pre-departure preparation for the clinics (i.e. ensuring all equipment/medication is packed before heading to the rural communities)

  • Help field staff with the daily setup and takedown of the clinics

  • Provide administrative assistance to nurses, such as filling out patient forms, collecting health history, and gathering data

  • Input, organize, and analyze data collected in the field into Excel spreadsheets using a template

  • Provide monthly data analysis reports to TOBFC head office

  • Take photographs of the project upon the visits with the intention of using for social media campaigns

  • Pursuing/completed a degree in health sciences or education
